RISKMASTER Business Intelligence
An easy-to-use reporting tool introduced in July 2004 for CSC’s RISKMASTER software has been widely adopted by self-insured organisations.
Nearly 140 companies, government organisations and third-party administrators have licensed RISKMASTER Business Intelligence, including 27 new clients in the final quarter of 2005.
Business Intelligence, a state-of-the-art report writer and decision support system, gives RISKMASTER users advanced reporting functionality with an easy-to-understand browser-based user interface. More than 450 organisations, including an estimated 10,000 risk and claims professionals, rely on RISKMASTER to manage multiple lines of claims, including: property damage, general liability and workers’ compensation.
“Business Intelligence is another example of how CSC interacts with members of the RISKMASTER customer community and adapts our products to meet their needs,” said CSC’s Bill Rachilla, Business Solutions Director. “RISKMASTER users represent a significant percentage of the entire self-insured market, and our users needed a tool to quickly create the increasingly complex reports necessary for analysing risk and claims data.”
