Medicare/Medicaid Reporting Compliance

While many U.S. firms are scrambling to comply with new federal reporting requirements for Medicare/Medicaid secondary payers, self insured organisations using CSC’s RISKMASTER are getting a fast start in the area of compliance.

The latest release of RISKMASTER X includes a wide range of new Web-enabled features that were driven by input from CSC’s client community. RISKMASTER X r5 is a complete Microsoft IIS solution. It includes a Medicare/Medicaid template that supports the Medicare/Medicaid SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA). This details how all liability and workers’ compensation claims to a Medicare beneficiary must be paid and reported.

Enhancements to the software include:

• A new menu system for the task module
• New tree-based work navigation for the UI with breadcrumb features
• Fund transaction powerview capabilities
• New icons in all toolbars
• Redesigned buttons and tabs on the data entry screen
• New interactive diary calendar.
