Remembrance Golf Day

CSC Defence

CSC is the Foundation Partner of the 2012 Remembrance Golf Day. Golf clubs around Australia are being invited
to participate in Remembrance Golf Day by asking each player to contribute an extra dollar on their green fees
to support Legacy in the week leading up to Remembrance Day week (4-11 November 2012).

Remembrance Golf Day is an initiative of Golf Australia, Legacy and the Australian Defence Force, and is based
on the highly successful US Patriots Golf Day, started in the US by Major Dan Rooney in 2007.

The inaugural Remembrance Golf Day for Legacy was launched in Canberra in September. As the Foundation Partner of the event, CSC Australia was proud to participate in the launch. Gavin Larkings, CEO & President of CSC Australia, participated in the ceremonial tee-off alongside the Chairman of Legacy, Charles Wright, CEO of Golf Australia, Trevor Herden and Chief of the Defence Force General, David Hurley.
