The Gartner report Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing and Infrastructure Utility Services, Europe focuses on management services for mainframe and centralized server environments. It evaluates each service provider's ability to deliver data center managed services
across Europe.  

This Magic Quadrant focuses on management services for mainframe and centralized server environments. It evaluates each service provider's capability across Europe to deliver data center managed services and IUS. Cloud IaaS and PaaS offerings that are part of IUS offerings and data center managed services are included in this evaluation. As in previous years, this Magic Quadrant excludes simple, dedicated Web hosting and colocation services.
